I know what it’s like to live on autopilot — smiling on the outside, but quietly carrying the weight of fear, doubt, and “not enough.”

I spent years searching for peace in all the usual places — self-help books, podcasts, mindset work...

UNTIL I DISCOVERED BELIEF CODING®.

For most of my life, confidence wasn’t even in my vocabulary.

I stayed in dead-end jobs where I wasn’t valued, constantly underpaid and overworked. I ended up in relationships that reflected how little I thought of myself. I drank to feel confident — to quiet the anxious, shy, “not-good-enough” version of me. But it never truly fixed anything. It just masked the real me, the one I didn't know how to access.

The truth is, I’ve walked through my share of darkness — chronic pain from endometriosis, the heartbreak of wondering if I’d ever have children, the constant tug-of-war with my own mind telling me I wasn’t enough.

Eventually, everything caught up with me.

I hit a breaking point — mind, body, and soul.

And in that moment, I realised I had two choices: keep existing… or start truly living.


When I stumbled across Belief Coding®, something clicked. I didn’t totally understand it at first, but I felt it. Something in me whispered, “this could change everything” — and spoiler: it did.

This work is real. It’s deep. And it’s helped me start healing patterns I once believed were just “who I was.”

Belief Coding® helped me connect the dots between my emotions, my body, and my beliefs.

It allowed me to release what I’d been holding and remember the calm, confident version of me that was there all along.

Now, I hold that same space for others— those who are ready to feel safe in their own minds again, to trust themselves, and to live without the constant background noise of self-doubt.

I’M NOT ABOUT:

Bypassing the hard stuff or pretending everything’s perfect. Healing is messy and beautiful, and I’m here for all of it — the tears, the breakthroughs, and the quiet in between.

I’m a lover of hiking — especially mountains (bonus if there's a waterfall!). There is something so magical about being high up in the mountains, with fresh air, amazing views, and that feeling of being completely free!

My Favourite Things

Music and dancing are my instant joy resets — nothing lifts my energy faster than moving freely to a good beat, whether it’s an intimate gig or a big festival. It’s good for my body, my mind, and my soul.

My family and my cat Tony keep me grounded — they’re my daily reminders of love, laughter, and the simple happiness of being present.

Belief Coding® is a gentle yet powerful method that helps you identify and release the subconscious beliefs and emotional blocks that keep you stuck. It’s not talk therapy — it’s a guided process that works with your subconscious mind to help you feel safe, confident, and free to move forward.

We start by exploring what’s coming up for you — a feeling, challenge, or repeating pattern. Then, through gentle questioning and visualisation techniques, we uncover where that belief or emotion originated and work together to safely release it. You’ll leave the session feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

Not exactly. There are elements of psychology, NLP, and energy work, but Belief Coding® is a standalone process. You’ll remain conscious and in control at all times — it’s about self-awareness and emotional freedom, not suggestion or diagnosis.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people experience big shifts after just one session; others choose a few follow-ups or a block of sessions to work through deeper patterns. We’ll talk this through after your initial Connection Call or Freedom Framework Session.

If you’re open to self-exploration and ready to make gentle but meaningful change, then yes. My work is rooted in mindset and emotional healing — helping you understand and release the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. While this process can bring deep emotional relief and insight, I’m not a doctor or therapist, and this isn’t a replacement for medical or mental health treatment. It’s a safe, supportive space for self-discovery, growth, and reconnection with who you truly are.
